Michelle Case, LCPC, NCC is a licensed clinical counselor and behavioral health leader with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, compassionate care, with specialties including PTSD, complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, and perinatal mental health. Michelle integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to support healing at each client’s own pace.
She brings experience in both clinical care and leadership, and is known for a collaborative, strengths-based approach that values safety, authenticity, and ethical practice. Michelle is deeply committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of her work, Michelle cherishes life on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, spending time with her husband and children, and nurturing her own self-care practices—believing that tending to ourselves is a vital part of healing, balance, and sustainable growth.
