Meet Hilary!

Hilary works primarily with teenagers and adults who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, or complex relational challenges. With a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, Hilary creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and empowered to do the deeper work of healing.

She has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, life stressors, substance use issues, and involvement with the legal system. Above all, Hilary is dedicated to walking alongside clients as they process trauma and stress, reclaim their voice, and move toward greater freedom, self-advocacy, and personal growth.

Hilary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ithaca College and her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
